About the project
This project supports staff mobility in the field of sport through planned job shadowing at Istanbul Cricket Sport Club. The main aim is to strengthen cricket development in Slovenia by improving coaching quality, inclusion, outreach, volunteer coordination, and sustainable club management.
Improve structured cricket training sessions, progressions, and coaching routines.
Improve inclusive practice for youth, women, beginners, and multicultural communities.
Learn community outreach methods that help cricket participation grow locally.
Improve volunteer support, role clarity, logistics, and resource management.
Build sustained cooperation with Istanbul Cricket Sport Club beyond the planned mobility.
